Classic silver plastisol ink for direct screen printing on textiles (t-shirts, cotton bags, etc.) with excellent coverage.
Plastisol inks Avantex line must be heat-fixed at higher temperatures. It is recommended to fix – polymerize in a drying tunnel at 150-160°C for 2 minutes.
Excellent coverage and durability are achieved with Avantex plastisol inks in screen printing on both colored and dark fabrics. Plastisol inks can be used on cotton fabrics, jersey, plush, and more demanding fabrics such as denim, canvas, synthetic blends, suede, technical fabrics, etc.
Composition: Plastisol ink is compliant with Oeko-Tex and does not contain phthalates.
Avantex plastisol ink is compatible and usable for direct screen printing on textiles or for making transfers.

Ink preparation for use: The ink is already prepared for printing, so you simply take it out of the container and print. The ink is single-component.

Use of a 43 – 70 threads/cm mesh is recommended.
For preparation of the screen for printing with plastisol inks, we recommend using the universal emulsion Screencoat WHD.
