PLASTISOL AVANTEX COLORS – for screen printing
AVANTEX plastisol color for direct screen printing on textiles (T-shirts, cotton bags, etc.), with excellent coverage and a matte satin effect after printing.
AVANTEX plastisol colors must be heat set at higher temperatures. It is recommended to set – polymerize in a drying channel at 150-160°C, 2 minutes. If we want a glossy effect of the printed color, a thicker application and fixing above 160°C are necessary.
Excellent coverage and durability are achieved with Avantex plastisol colors in screen printing on both colored and dark fabrics. Plastisol colors can be used for cotton fabrics, jersey, plush, and more demanding fabrics such as denim, canvas, synthetic blends, suede, technical fabrics, etc..

AVANTEX CLEAR SOFT KG.1 A VERY GOOD SOFTNESS FOR PRINTING ON LIGHT SUP
Clear soft base is used to achieve a softer feel of the final print.
It serves as an underlayer on light textiles and seals the fabric so that other colors are nicely applied on the textile and not into it.
The transparent base can also be used as a basis for preparing a mixture for printing glitter.
Additives for the Avantex line of colors:
- VD01 for raster printing (max 2-5%)
- FAST 130– for flash drying (max 5%)
- WW for wet-on-wet (max 5-10%)
- 804 thinner – addition for printing transfers
- 60 FLEX to increase elasticity (max 10-15%)
The use of mesh from 43 to 140 threads/cm is recommended.
For preparing the screen for printing with plastisol inks, we recommend using universal emulsion Screencoat WHD.
