Ordering process in the online store

1. Select a product.
2. Select the color or multiple colors of the product.
3. Select sizes and enter the quantities of products for each size, then confirm your selection by pressing the button Add to Cart.
4. You can review the selected products at any time in the Cart tab. If you want to remove a product from the cart entirely, click the “delete” icon in front of the product. If you want to change the quantities of individual sizes or colors, you can enter the new information into the table and confirm it with the button Refresh Data. To add other products, return to the online store by clicking on the GAJCOM logo at the top left.
5. When you want to complete the purchase, in the cart in the first step Overview fill in the required fields. If you are purchasing as a legal entity, enter your email, full name, phone number, company name, tax number, street, city, postal code, country, and save and submit the order. If you want to make a purchase as a private individual, enter your email, first name, last name, phone number, street, city, postal code, country, and save the entered data.
6.Select the delivery method and save the changes. The buttonReview and submit ordertakes you to the final step of placing the order.
7.If you are purchasing as a legal entity, you can place the order directly since the store is intended for sales to legal entities. The ordering process also includes choosing a delivery method (personal pickup, shipping), and a payment method (bank transfer, payment with cards, or via Paypal). If you are purchasing as an individual, the system will remind you before placing the order that you are buying in a wholesale store intended for legal entities, and the same conditions will apply to you as for legal entities. Please, read the general terms and conditions of business thoroughly.
8.If you are purchasing as a registered user, you always have access to information about past purchases, the status of the current order, and invoices in the system.
Important: Once you confirm the order with payment, you can no longer withdraw from it. If the ordered products are not available, we will suggest other products or refund your money.

You can pay with a universal payment order UPN (pre-invoice), with Visa / MasterCard / AMEX cards, and others, or with Paypal. We also allow cash and card payments at our headquarters.
When paying by pro forma invoice, we will wait for you to send us the payment confirmation via email or for the payment to be visible in our transaction account, and then we will start processing your order.

The data about your order will be stored in the e-commerce system.
We permanently store all data that is legally required for business processing.
We only store other data if you consent to it.
We store all data in accordance with GDPR and in the company’s usual manner.
The contract (invoice) will be included with the ordered products in written form.
We will use your data related to business processing for processing the order, informing you about the order status, and for shipping.

If you are picking up in person, please still consider the delivery time we will inform you about, as some products are ordered from foreign warehouses, so we need at least 1 business day, usually 2-4 business days, to prepare the products for shipment. Once the products are ready, we will notify you.

In the case of shipping, we charge shipping costs, which can be flat-rate or depend on the weight and size of the package and the shipping address. The shipping price is automatically calculated by the web portal based on the delivery service price list after you select the desired delivery method.

We are tax registered, all prices will be calculated with an added 22% VAT. The prices on the products do not include VAT because purchases in this online store are intended for legal entities and this is more optimal for easier price comparison. Unless it is specifically stated that VAT must be added to the price, please consider that it needs to be included. In the totals, the price without VAT, the VAT amount, and the payment amount including VAT are usually listed.
If you are an EU taxpayer with a valid VIES tax number, the online store will automatically check this and will not charge you VAT applicable in Slovenia. We enable purchases without Slovenian VAT only when products are exported to your EU address. For products ordered by companies that are taxpayers in EU member states (except Slovenia) for consumption in Slovenia, Slovenian VAT is charged. Slovenian VAT is not charged for orders from customers outside the EU (applies to legal and natural persons), provided that Gajcom d.o.o. exports the products for them (i.e., Gajcom d.o.o. organizes the shipping).

All products are of high quality. If you encounter a defective product, you can return it.
We will repair or replace the product at our expense. If replacement is not possible, we will refund your money.

We accept complaints only upon the presentation of the complained goods in full and the receipt. The deadline for reporting a complaint is 8 days. Send the complaint to the email [email protected], please send us pictures showing the defect on the product and specifying which product it is. Sometimes we can resolve a complaint based on the picture alone, so please wait for further instructions before returning the products to us. Otherwise, the deadline for returning complained products is 30 days from the date of receipt. The period for processing the complaint starts on the day the complained goods are returned to Gajcom. The period for correcting defects on technical products under warranty is 30 days, unless otherwise specified in the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period for technical products is defined in the manufacturer’s warranty declarations. The period for correcting defects on technical products that are no longer under warranty is 60 days. If the defect cannot be corrected, we may charge for the inspection and attempt to fix the defects.

The materials and manufacturing specifics are listed under each product individually. If a certain feature of the product you are interested in is not specified, please contact us. Generally, we select tested manufacturers, but there may still be some deviations in promotional products. Example: the color of products may vary from batch to batch, and size charts are for reference only. The basic principle of all manufacturers who make products for promotion is REPEATABILITY. Therefore, promotional products are typically high quality and practical. They are also usually available in the same color and size range for a long period (several years). The print is durable, and we use ecological inks with all necessary certifications for printing. Maintenance instructions can be found in the product or service descriptions.

We usually send the goods to you by mail on the same or next business day or within 2 to 15 business days. You can also pick them up personally at our headquarters.
In any case, we will confirm your order and inform you when the ordered products will be ready for dispatch or pickup.
You can cancel or change the order until final confirmation or payment.
At the same time, the delivery period begins upon receipt of payment.

Regular prices in the online store apply at the time of placing the order.
If the price changes between placing the order and confirmation (i.e., payment), we allow the customer to purchase at the more favorable price, but only if the order confirmation is successfully completed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Online prices apply to selected products that are currently available and which we want to offer you at a specially favorable price.
We choose online prices at our discretion, and the same conditions apply to them as for all other products.
Online prices are time-limited. Online prices apply to purchases through the online store.

Order cancellation is possible at any time before the final confirmation of the purchase (for the final confirmation, we consider the successful execution of the payment of the purchase price or your confirmation of the print for orders that will be paid later).
Purchases in the online store are available to both legal and natural persons.

Special notice for orders of products that we make to order for you, and services. Example: order for screen printing mesh replacement, order for color mixing, production of transfers, order for printed products …

a) For individuals under the Consumer Protection Act, the right to return, exchange, or withdraw from an order/contract for custom-made products does not apply, even if the order is placed online.

b) For legal entities, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act do not directly apply. If we allow you to purchase as an individual (if you are buying for a club or have started printing and do not yet have a company), by confirming these general terms and conditions, you agree that the same conditions apply to you as to legal entities, meaning that withdrawal from the contract after the order has been confirmed is no longer possible. In the case of orders for printed products in accordance with Article 43.c, Point 2, Paragraph 5, the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract, as all products from our online store are made according to the exact instructions of each customer and are tailored to their needs. All products are printed on demand, or made-to-order. Due to the nature and specificity of such items, they are not suitable for return.

Warning when ordering products and printing: When ordering products, make sure to order the correct sizes. Returns and exchanges are not possible.
Ordering Samples: Before ordering larger quantities of products that you are not yet familiar with, it is sensible to order samples. The online store also allows the purchase of samples, meaning one product or a smaller quantity (max 1 piece of the product in each color and size). Samples are charged at the regular price without surcharges and cannot be returned. In case of orders of smaller values, we reserve the right to charge handling fees. Some products can only be ordered in a value of over 100 euros per individual brand – if you need samples from these categories, please contact us and we will find the best solution.
We reserve the right to determine the minimum possible purchase amount. We reserve the right to refuse a purchase if the buyer does not agree with the general terms and conditions.

Important warning when ordering colors and other printing accessories: Always test for durability before printing series; we only accept complaints about our products and are not responsible for complaints about your print or your printed products.

We reserve the right to change the offer and prices without prior notice. We also reserve the right to errors in the online store. In the event that we discover an error related to your order, we will resolve the case in your favor, but it is not necessarily guaranteed that we will fulfill the order containing products with observed errors (in whole or in part).

In the event of a potential dispute with a legal entity or a non-consumer, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction, and Slovenian law shall apply.
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes that the consumer may initiate under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. Gajcom d.o.o., as a provider of goods and services enabling online shopping within Slovenia, publishes an electronic link to the online consumer dispute resolution platform (SRPS) on its website.
