PLASTISOL AVANTEX FLUO COLORS
AVANTEX FLUO plastisol ink for direct screen printing on textiles (T-shirts, cotton bags, etc.). The ink is transparent.
Plastisol inks need to be thermally fixed at higher temperatures. It is recommended to fix – polymerize in a drying tunnel at 150-160°C for 2 minutes. If a glossy effect of the printed ink is desired, a thicker application of the ink and fixing above 160°C is required.
Excellent coverage and durability are achieved with Fluo Avantex plastisol inks when screen printing on light fabrics. FLUO plastisol inks can be used for cotton fabrics, jersey, plush, and more demanding fabrics such as denim, canvas, synthetic blends, suede, technical fabrics, etc.
Composition: Plastisol ink is Oekotex compliant and does not contain phthalates.
Avantex plastisol ink is compatible and can be used for direct screen printing on textiles or making transfers.
Characteristics:
– high coverage
– innovative matte effect
– prints nicely – just the right viscosity for printing.
Preparation of ink for use: The ink is already prepared for printing, so you simply take it from the container and print. The ink is single-component. For printing on dark materials, we recommend printing a white underlay to achieve the final effect of fluorescence.
Additives for the Avantex line of colors:
–VD01 for raster printing (max 2-5%)
– FAST 130 – for flash drying (max 5%)
– WW for wet-on-wet (max 5-10%)
– 804 thinner – additive for transfer printing
– 60 FLEX to increase elasticity (max 10-15%)
It is recommended to use a mesh of 43 – 140 threads/cm.
For screen preparation for printing with plastisol inks, we recommend using the universal emulsion Screencoat WHD.
WARNINGS:
Always test the durability on a test piece before serial printing. Read and follow the safety instructions!
