DETERGENT 910 powerful water-based cleaner
Concentrated water-based cleaner.
DETERGENT 910 cleaner is suitable for industrial use in printing houses. It removes and cleans water-based inks without damaging the material (mesh, screen frame, etc.) and does not leave stains. It can be used as a degreaser on silicone surfaces before printing. It is recommended to dilute with water up to 20%.
Main characteristics:
DETERGENT 910 is a powerful cleaner that can remove any traces of grease or silicone from difficult printing surfaces for screen printing or any other printing process. This is an innovative water-based detergent, completely biodegradable, and extremely effective at cleaning any demanding surface before printing.
DETERGENT 910 is useful for cleaning screen printing meshes used with very demanding water-based inks. DETERGENT 910 resolves and removes dried old water-based ink from all printing devices or parts of printing machines in a few seconds. This product does not chemically affect the photoemulsion or polymers used in screen printing. In the printing process, it is very important to print on thoroughly cleaned surfaces to achieve better results with printed colors. Additionally, it is crucial to have a solution when facing contamination problems with grease or silicones on hard surfaces like glass, metals, stainless steel, or hard plastic. We usually suggest applying some 910 detergent to the surface with a hand spray, cleaning it, and wiping it with a clean cotton cloth. The process can also be repeated several times with a clean cotton cloth. DETERGENT 910, used in the aforementioned manner, dries very quickly and leaves no residues after two or three seconds, so you can print directly on the cleaned surface.
Dilution of concentrated 910 detergent: This detergent has the highest effectiveness when used as is. We suggest using it in its pure concentration for cleaning glass, stainless steel, metals, melamine, and hard plastics. In the case of cleaning and degreasing surfaces made from soft plastics or aluminum, we recommend diluting it with water – 1 part of 910 detergent to 4 or 5 parts of water.
Warning: This product can dissolve some plastics and metals in certain cases, so we suggest conducting some tests before use.
