To ensure high-quality printing, we recommend using SAWGRASS cartridges and TRUE PIX paper.

 Printing process:

– set the press to 175°C and 175 seconds, medium pressure (data forpressesthat you can buy from us, test)

– attach the transfer (decal) to the mug with heat-resistant tape

– press

– BE CAREFUL! The surface is very hot, so there is a risk of burns. Use protective equipment

Our advice: For a clearer photo, we recommend that after removing the decal, you quickly wrap the mug in a shirt or immerse it in cold water. This will stop the sublimation process. Even better, if you cool it on a ventilation stand.

To make printing even easier and faster and to better utilize the paper, we recommend usingmug paper.
