Sublimation Printing Process 🖨️

For the best printing results, we recommend using SAWGRASS cartridges and TRUE PIX paper. Follow these steps to achieve perfect prints on your mug:

1. Press settings: Temperature at 175°C and time for 175 seconds, with medium pressure.
2. Preparation: Attach the transfer to the mug using heat-resistant tape.
3. Printing: Use the hot press for mug, and be cautious of high temperatures to avoid burns – protective gloves are recommended.

Pro Tip for Better Results

For a sharper and clearer photo on the mug, immediately after removing the transfer, quickly wrap the mug in a cloth or dip it in cold water to halt the sublimation process. Even better results can be achieved by cooling the mug on a ventilation stand.

For faster processing and better paper utilization, we recommend using mug paper, specifically designed to adapt perfectly to the mug’s surface.
