DTF film in sheets
– A3 sheet size
– Double-sided matte coated DTF film
– Improved transfer effect and cost efficiency due to printing speed in larger batches
– 100µm
The DTF Film in sheets is a product by Hanrun Paper, and we have extensively tested it on various materials with very satisfactory results. It is softtouch, stable during printing, retains vivid and bright colors, and is environmentally friendly. It works ideally with DTF ink or HP pigment ink and HP powder adhesive. If you are using different colors and powder, there is of course no problem, just test before the first prints.
The transfer is easy and quick. DTF sheets also enable very efficient large-scale production, reducing labor cost as handling is simple and effective. With hot/cold peel, efficiency is ensured for a wide variety of projects.
It can be used for personalized T-shirts, team clothing, workwear, promotional T-shirts, jerseys, bags, and other items. The transferred image retains its color and withstands multiple washings. Always test before printing.
This 100 μm EVO double-sided matte DTF film is especially suitable for DTF printers and DTF ink and provides transferred patterns with greater accuracy and more vivid colors.
Properties
– A3 is the appropriate size for DTF printing, ideal for small batch production and sampling.
– Keeps the ink moist to better adhere the powder.
– Even at higher temperatures, there is no sublimation or migration of the ink (tested with HP Ink).
– Suitable for immediate transfer or design preparation for later applications with different drying times. Nevertheless, we recommend using it within a reasonable time frame. The DTF technology is still young and we do not have experience with long-term storage of transfers as we were accustomed to with screen print transfers.
– HanrunPaper film, color, and powder can be used with almost all DTF printing systems.
Caution.
– Store at relative humidity 35-65%, temperature 10-30°C, in a bag, avoid direct sunlight.
We recommend washing DTF printed t-shirts separately with regular detergent and cold water. Use a low spin cycle. Wash t-shirts inside out and air dry.
If the image shows signs of peeling after washing, you can cover it with parchment paper and iron it again. Do not iron directly over the print.
