- In February 2025, we will discontinue CreativeStudio and Sawgrass Print Manager (SPM). To ensure a smooth transition to MySawgrass Design Tool and Sawgrass Print Utility, follow the steps below.
First Step
Create an account on My Sawgrass. Use the same email address as you use for CreativeStudio to retain all data.
Second Step
Click here to join the workshop “Meet My Sawgrass (Design Tool and Sawgrass Print Utility)” for an easier start.
In these recordings, you’ll get acquainted with the platform, learn to perform basic tasks, and boost your productivity. All video workshops are in English, and subtitles are available in multiple languages.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I export my designs from CreativeStudio to MySawgrass?
Yes, you can now export existing designs from CreativeStudio and use them seamlessly in Sawgrass Print Utility. This functionality allows you to print your products directly or download them as PNG files to upload to the MySawgrass tool.
Why not develop these features in CreativeStudio and Print Manager?
The existing platform is not suitable for further development and does not accommodate users’ needs effectively. The new platform is built with advanced technology, allowing for long-term upgrades and flexibility.

Instructions for Saving Graphics and Transitioning to the New Platform:
- Open CreativeStudio and select Creations (Creations).
- Open the folder and select the design you wish to open and export.
- Once the design loads, click the Export (Export) button to save the file to your computer.

Since the uploaded PNG file will have a white background, you can use the Remove Colour (Remove Colour) tool to eliminate the white parts of the image. For more information, see the guide How to Remove Colour from an Image (How to Remove Colour from an Image ).
Note: You can only export one creation at a time from CreativeStudio. If you want to export multiple creations, you will need to repeat the steps above.
