Product description

DTF HP01 is a 75-micron transfer film for DTF systems with digital pigment inks (water-based). The film has a double-sided matte surface and a single-sided hot-peel coating, ensuring stable behaviour during printing and a predictable peel during transfer. Thanks to its hot-peel (instapeel) characteristic, it is suitable for mass production where cycle speed and repeatability are key.

The film is optimised for hot peel-off: after pressing, the film is removed immediately, which shortens processing time and reduces waiting between individual items.

Single-sided matte – glare control and handling

The matte surface on one side improves the feel during handling and contributes to more even printing. The final application has a matte transfer appearance.

Antistatic treatment

The antistatic-treated film reduces the attraction of fine particles in the work environment and helps achieve cleaner work during the preparation and printing stage.

The film is OEKO-TEX certified for use in textile applications.
