We can print DTF transfers for you, which you can then apply, using a heatpress, to products yourself. The transfers are intended for professional use, with prior knowledge of preparation and pressing. With your first order, you will receive precise instructions for transferring onto various products. You can always ask us for advice as well.

We print on rolls  56 cm wide. The minimum unit for billing is one linear meter.

This service is intended for printers who prepare the appropriate file for printing themselves. Additional file processing is charged separately. For customers who regularly order transfers and prepare the file for printing themselves, we do not charge for the preparation.

File preparation:

• You can combine all kinds of graphics and text on the printing sheet, such as single-color text, photos, and multi-colored graphics.
• You can prepare just one set of graphics and specify in the name of the graphic how many repetitions we should make, to reduce the size of your file.
• The appropriate format is PDF for vector designs and PNG for bitmap images 1:1 at 300dpi. If possible, use the RGB color spectrum, as the colors are more vibrant. CMYK is also okay, but black is not as black.
• If you choose the CMYK environment, the colors will be a a bit more accurate. In RGB, the colors will be a bit more vibrant. Since we mostly want vibrant colors, we usually work in RGB. The difference is minimal.
• WHITE color is a color, meaning that everything you mark with white will be printed white. Do not change white to any other color.
• In images where you do not want a background, you must remove it.
• Do not use transparent colors in the design.
• If the design includes small letters and large patches, separate the designs.
• Files can be prepared in the following programs: CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, Gimp, Inkscape, Canva, photopea.com, and others. But please always send to us vector .pdf or .png 300 dpi.
• Utilize empty spaces – you can add your logo or graphics that you will use for yourself.
• Send the prepared file through Wetransfer.com or send the file (if it’s not too large) or a link to the file via email. If sending through Wetransfer, additionally send an email message to inform us that you have sent the files. If we don’t respond within 24 hours, we did not receive your order (it has happened that the Wetransfer link went to spam, and we did not notice it).

Advantages of DTF transfers:

• You can combine all kinds of graphics and texts in one order, such as single-color texts, photos, and multi-color graphics.
• Order as much as you need for a specific project, or order transfers in bulk to have them ready for ongoing sales.
• Quick transfer at a low temperature speeds up production and requires less energy.
• The matte effect reduces the plastic feel due to the heat – transfer, making the transfers very softtouch.
• DTF films that we use, have special coatings, which, in addition to providing better color accuracy, also offer greater coverage and wash durability of final prints on many surfaces.
• We have thoroughly calibrated the printer for multiple profiles to achieve very accurate color matching. If you have a very demanding project requiring a precise color, let us know. We can do additional calibration for you (if complex, additional fee may apply).

Technical information about DTF printing at Gajcom:

• Transfer width: up to 56 cm. Transfers can be placed vertically or horizontally on the sheet. You can prepare the layout yourself – see file preparation instructions
• The price is calculated based on the gross consumed foil, where we optimize the print.
• We will print the files exactly as you send them to us. Make sure to send us the best version of the file you have. If in doubt, ask us.
• Better results are given by graphics prepared in RGB.
• Let us know on what color material you will be printing.
• As a rule, transfers are pressed for 10-15 seconds at moderate pressure and a temperature of 130-140 degrees Celsius. We use hot peel foil. Therefore, pay attention to this when you receive the transfers – the attached specification will include printing instructions.
• Hot peel means waiting for 3 seconds or quickly cooling the surface with another T-shirt or a hard object – test it.
• Products printed with DTF transfers can be washed at 40 degrees. Wash inside out and air dry. Do not iron over the print. Also follow the manufacturer’s instructions for textile products.
• You can print on various materials. Always test before printing.

• So far, we have not had any complaints about our DTF transfers, so you can rest assured.

For transfer use professional heat pressonly this ensures good durability. If you iron with hand irons, the durability is questionable.
