Epson I3200-A1 is an original (OEM) printhead designed for printing with aqueous inks, including DTF, sublimation, and pigment inks. It is a 1.33-inch MEMs piezoelectric printhead with high nozzle density, enabling precise ink application and stable operation at high speed.
Compatibility and nozzle configuration
🛠️ The I3200-A1 printhead is designed for 4-color systems (CMYK). It has four ink inputs (nipples) on the manifold where dampers are connected, and each color is applied through a pair of nozzle rows.
⚠️ Not compatible with I3200-A1 HD – the I3200-A1 HD model supports 8-color printing, therefore it has 8 separate ink inputs where each color is applied by one row of nozzles. Each printer must use exclusively the head it is designed for.

✔ Cable replacement when changing the printhead is recommended, as damaged or worn cables can affect head operation.
✔ DTF inks may cause rapid nozzle wear, so regular printer maintenance is recommended.
✔ Warranty and returns: Due to the specific nature of DTF printheads returns or exchanges cannot be requested after installation.
