Screen printing cleaners from Grafco are intended for use during and after printing.

1. Remove even the most dried ink on the mesh
Too often it happens that after printing, the printing ink is inadequately cleaned and consequently, the ink
dries on the printing mesh.
2. Remove baked emulsion
They easily remove even the most baked emulsion from the mesh, which ordinary cleaners
cannot.
3. Degrease the mesh
All screen washing agents are greasy, and if you do not degrease the screens before reuse,
the emulsion will not be applied evenly and optimally, which is a major factor for a perfect
print.
4. They work on their own
Simply apply them to the screen, wait a few minutes, and rinse with pressurized water.

Now that your screens are clean and degreased, it is time to prepare them for printing with premium
universal emulsion WHD. You can use it for all types of screen printing inks (water-based,
plastisol, solvent, UV, etc.). Simply mix it with hardener and coat both sides of the screen.
While waiting for the design to expose, you can calmly prepare the printing material, to which
you will add value with quality printing.
