AvantTex Plastisol Inks for direct screen printing on textiles and for transfer printing with a matte effect.

MELT T73 elastic adhesive powder

THERMOADHESIVE MELT POWDER T73, 1kg.

MELT T73 adhesive powder is very elastic. It is intended for printing on almost all types of fabrics, especially elastic materials and Lycra.

You can primarily use it with Avantex and Avantex 112 plastisol inks. Apply MELT T73 adhesive powder to the freshly printed ink and cure the transfer in a drying tunnel at 140°C for approximately 1-2 minutes.

Basic characteristics of MELT T73 adhesive powder:

› granulation 80-200 microns,

› transfer temperature of the print is 150-160°C

› transfer time is 10-20 seconds

Warnings: Due to static electricity, powder particles can stick to the paper even where there is no ink. Clean excess adhesive particles from the paper with a brush before transferring the print.

The MELT 1500 adhesive for decals is a high-quality fine powder adhesive with fine particles, offering excellent adhesion to various materials.

MELT 1500 – fine powder adhesive

MELTING POWDER 1500, 1kg.

The adhesive for transfers MELT 1500 is a high-quality powder adhesive with fine particles, providing excellent adhesion to various materials.

For the production of professional transfers, it is crucial to use high-performance powder adhesives, selected according to the specific purposes and technical needs of the final product. We recommend using this adhesive for the production of transfers with Avantex plastisol inks or Avantex 112 and some bases that are water or solvent-based.

Apply MELT 1500 after the final phase of printing the transfer, onto the still fresh ink, and cure it in the drying tunnel for 1-3 minutes at 140°C.

Conditions for transferring the print onto the material:

T: 160-170°C

Time: 10-20 seconds

Transfers with added MELT 1500 adhesive are resistant to washing up to 40°C and dry cleaning. Instead of sprinkling the adhesive onto the freshly printed ink, you can mix it into the ink, but do so carefully, as exceeding 10-20% can make the ink no longer creamy, becoming hard and unusable for printing.

TIP:

When the design consists of thicker and thinner parts (smaller fills and fine details), you can combine MELT 1500 powder and MELT 195 (in a ratio of 50:50). The composition of both is completely the same; they only differ in the particle size.

Plastisol AVANTEX inks for direct screen printing on textiles and for printing transfers with a matte effect.

MELT 195 – coarse powder adhesive

MELTING POWDER 195, 1kg.

The adhesive for transfers MELT 195 is a high-quality coarse particle powder adhesive (80-200 microns) with high adhesion to demanding materials (nylon, polyester, etc.).

For the production of professional transfers, it is very important to use high-performance powder adhesives, selected according to the specific purposes and technical requirements of the final product. We recommend the adhesive for making transfers with Avantex or Avantex 112 plastisol inks.

Apply MELT 195 after the final phase of printing the transfer, onto the still fresh ink, and cure it in a drying channel for 1-3 minutes at 140°C. Due to its stiffness and strength, it will not affect the shape change and will adhere excellently to the material during the transfer (160-170°C, 10-20 seconds).

TIP:

When the design consists of thicker and thinner parts (smaller flat areas and fine details), you can combine MELT 1500 and MELT 195 powder (in a ratio of 50:50). The composition of both is exactly the same, they only differ in the particle size.

AVANTEX 112 TRANSPARENT PASTE ADHESIVE

The adhesive for transfers in transparent paste is a premium product that ensures the production of high-quality single or multi-color transfers.

AVANTEX 112 CLEAR ADHESIVE PASTE

AVANTEX 112 CLEAR BASE FOR TRANSFER THERMO-ADHESIVE KG.1

The adhesive for transfers in clear paste is a premium product that ensures the production of high-quality single or multi-color transfers.

You achieve excellent adhesion on almost all natural and synthetic materials, as long as they are heat-resistant.

Recommendations for use:

› for printing on mesh 32-77 threads/cm

› use of emulsion Screencoat WHD with at least 2/2 layers. If you want to ensure the best coverage of the transfer, it is important to note that the optimal thickness of the paint layer for the transfer is at least 100 microns.

› Dry the transfer with printed adhesive in paste form in a drying channel at 140°C for approximately 1-2 minutes.

› Mix the adhesive well before use.

Conditions for transferring the image to the material: T 175°C and time 12 seconds.

Avantex colors can be used independently for the printing of transfers or as mixed colors according to a specific recipe (available in PDF form from us) for the Pantone color scale. In this case, add diluent 804 to facilitate printing a layer of adhesive in paste form.

AVANTEX THINNER 804

AVANTEX THINNER 804

THINNER 804

Thinner 804 enables easier passage of the ink through the screen when printing transfers with Grafco plastisol inks. Avantex and Avantex112.

The ink will pass through the screen more easily without altering its chemical properties. By thinning the ink, you reduce its viscosity and consequently its coverage, so do not over-thin the ink – only thin it enough to facilitate printing.

TIP: Always store the ink with any added components in a separate container after printing and do not return it to the original packaging. We recommend labeling the container with the additives used and their ratios.

Always test for durability before printing larger batches.

Plastisol colors for transfer printing.

COLORS AVANTEX 112 – color for transfers KG. 1

Avantex 112 plastisol colors for transfers that you print completely independently without printing additional adhesive or additional white on the color.

FEATURES:

› Adhesive is already added in the color.

› Developed for the simple production of high-quality textile transfers, characterized by exceptional coverage and elasticity.

› Colors without phthalates and heavy metals.

› It is only important that you achieve a color thickness of at least 100 microns during printing.

USE:

› We recommend that you mix the color well before use, which will slightly warm it up and make it creamier and therefore more suitable for printing.

› Recommended screen: 32.70 – 48.55 for excellent coverage without additional white printing or 77 – 100-90 for graphics with additional white printing.

› For thinning the color and easier printing, use thinner 804 for transfers (especially for printing transfers with Avantex colors).

› We recommend using Screencoat WHD emulsion.

› During printing, small bubbles may appear in the printed ink. They will disappear during drying in the drying tunnel, and you will get a shiny plastic surface.

The Avantex 112 color palette is more modest than the Avantex plastisol ink line, available in six basic color tones. Avantex 112 colors are compatible with Avantex colors. These allow you to mix a specific Pantone using proven recipes (available from us in PDF format), add thinner 804 to it, and print an additional layer of adhesive.

The transfer should be in the drying tunnel for 1-3 minutes at 150°C. The transfer of the decals with a heat press will be ideal at a temperature of 180°C and a time of 15-18 seconds.
