The ergonomic aluminum trough is a crucial tool for the proper application of emulsion, allowing for an even, smooth layer of emulsion on the screen printing mesh.

The aluminum trough is extremely lightweight, making application easy and cleaning effortless. It is made of durable aluminum alloy AL6061T6 with plastic guides at the end. The double edge design (thick and thin) allows for a thicker or thinner layer of emulsion to be applied to the printing mesh. The sharp edge is intended for a thinner application on the screen printing mesh, while the rounded edge allows for a thicker layer of emulsion. During use, the trough can easily be placed on a flat surface without tipping over and causing an emulsion spill.

The part of the trough (that is in contact with the mesh during emulsion application) is protected with a rubber cover that can be easily removed before use and reattached after the application is complete.

Simply close the container with the lid and logically and rationally stack the used inks one on top of the other on the shelves in your print shop. The containers are slightly translucent, so you’ll be able to see from a distance which ink to choose.

Tack Max spray adhesive holds firmly and long-lastingly, yet easily releases when you remove the shirt from the board.

USAGE: Shake the can well before use. Spray from a distance of 20 cm. Place the print onto the sprayed board.
