Vinilstar silver is a vinyl/acrylic solvent-based ink for screen printing and pad printing on plastic, paper, and cardboard.

Due to its high pigmentation, the ink provides excellent coverage on both dark and transparent materials. It is extremely easy to print with and can be used directly from the original packaging.

Vinilstar achieves the best results due to its coverage; the printed ink exhibits a glossy silver finish with visible shimmering particles (gloss). It is a special product for high-quality printing on automatic, semi-automatic machines, and manual heads.

We recommend it for printing on almost all plastic and paper materials, aluminum, various metals, lacquered surfaces, and even for thermally formed products.

Drying time for single-layer printed ink:

Possibility of adding diluters or hardeners (10 – 30%) for better print durability on demanding materials.

Universal retarder for standard drying of solvent-based paints on the screen. Recommended for high detail graphics.

SLOW RETARDER 32-08 LT.1

Universal retarder for slow drying of solvent-based inks on the screen. Moderate use is recommended due to reduced ink coverage. Extremely suitable for printing fine details.

VINILSTAR CLEAR BASE HP

Vinilstar clear base is a vinyl/acrylic solvent transparent base for printing on plastic, paper, and cardboard.

The base is extremely easy to print and can be used directly from the original packaging, meaning you can print it independently as a varnish effect. To achieve gold or silver tones, you can use it as a base to which you can add gold powder or for a silver combination, silver aluminum powder (recommended ratio somewhere between 120 -150 g/kg).

We recommend it for printing on almost all plastic materials, aluminum, various metals, lacquered surfaces, and even for thermally reshaped products. For printing on final products, you can use it on calendars, notebooks, folders, bags, plastic films, and much more.

Vinilgraf gold metal – metallic gold color is a vinyl/acrylic solvent-based ink for screen printing or pad printing on a wide range of plastics, paper, and cardboard.

Vinilgraf gold color provides the best results due to its coverage, with a metallic final effect. It is a special product for high-quality printing on automatic and semi-automatic machines.

It dries exceptionally well (air-dry or low-temperature thermal fixation), allowing for excellent printing speed without the issue of screen clogging.

The ink is ready for immediate use; for special cases, it can be diluted or, for more demanding materials, hardeners can be added.

The yellow/green luminescent pigment is in powder form and works on the principle of being exposed to a light source and emitting light in the dark for a few minutes.

Grafco has formulated this inorganic pigment with a focus on complete safety, making it approved for use in the production of children’s toys.

USAGE:

Luminescent powder pigment intended for all screen printing inks – plastisol inks, water-based inks, PVC, and nylon inks. According to the mixing ratio below, it can be mixed into any transparent base or color.

Mixing ratio according to the required intensity of the effect:

Recommended SCREEN: 32 – 48 threads/cm

For printing luminescent powder on dark textiles, we recommend printing with an underlay of white color.

STORAGE:
It is recommended to mix it just before printing, as the powder particles settle to the bottom of the container after some time. This does not mean the color is unsuitable for further use; it just needs to be mixed well again. When tightly sealed in the original packaging and stored correctly, away from heat sources and acidic compounds, the product has a shelf life of 12 months.
