Nylonplus colors are glossy – satin solvent colors with less intense odor. They are suitable for manual or semi-automatic screen printing, which performs excellently with multi-color printing with intermediate drying.

Nylonplus clear base is a transparent base suitable for printing on somewhat more demanding materials such as nylon, leather, polyurethane, polyamide, and polyester.

Nylonplus clear base transparent base is resistant to various weather conditions, making it suitable for printing on umbrellas, bags, plastic stickers, bags, pads, etc..

For easier or more durable printing, we recommend the use of thinners (32-01, 32-02, 32-03) and Grafco retarders (32-05, 32-08, 32-18).

Fast-drying agent recommended for high-speed printing, which also serves as a thinner.

Universal standard drying thinner with a mild odor and excellent performance in the printing process.

SLOW THINNER 32-03 LT.1

Universal standard slow-drying thinner with a mild odor and excellent performance in the printing process. Recommended for fine details and multi-color graphics.

STANDARD RETARDER 32-05 LT.1

Universal retarder for standard drying of solvent-based paints on the screen. Recommended for high detail graphics.

Recommended use: 5 – 10%

Intended for color lines: VINILSTAR, NYLONTEX, NYLONPLUS, and POLIFAST.

SLOW RETARDER 32-08 LT.1

Universal retarder for slow drying of solvent-based inks on the screen. Moderate use is recommended due to reduced ink coverage. Extremely suitable for printing fine details.

Recommended use: 3 – 10%

VERY SLOW RETARDER 32-18 LT.1

Universal retarder for extremely slow drying of solvent-based inks on the screen. Recommended for printing fine details.

Recommended use: 3 – 10%

Intended for color lines: VINILSTAR, NYLONTEX, NYLONPLUS, and POLIFAST.

Tip: From practice, we suggest writing on the paint packaging what (diluent or retarder) you have added.

The yellow/green luminescent pigment is in powder form and works on the principle of being exposed to a light source and emitting light in the dark for a few minutes.

Grafco has formulated this inorganic pigment with a focus on complete safety, making it approved for use in the production of children’s toys.

USAGE:

Luminescent powder pigment intended for all screen printing inks – plastisol inks, water-based inks, PVC, and nylon inks. According to the mixing ratio below, it can be mixed into any transparent base or color.

Mixing ratio according to the required intensity of the effect:

Recommended SCREEN: 32 – 48 threads/cm

For printing luminescent powder on dark textiles, we recommend printing with an underlay of white color.

STORAGE:
It is recommended to mix it just before printing, as the powder particles settle to the bottom of the container after some time. This does not mean the color is unsuitable for further use; it just needs to be mixed well again. When tightly sealed in the original packaging and stored correctly, away from heat sources and acidic compounds, the product has a shelf life of 12 months.
