NYLONTECH HS RICH GOLD HP STANDARD

Nylontech gold color is suitable for printing on somewhat more demanding materials, such as nylon, leather, polyurethane, polyamide, and polyester.

The color is covering and resistant to various weather influences, so you can print with it on umbrellas, bags, plastic films, bags, raincoats, etc.

For easier or more durable printing, we recommend using diluents (32-01, 32-02, 32-03) and Grafco retarders (32-05, 32-08, 32-18).

Fast-drying agent recommended for high-speed printing, which also serves as a thinner.

Universal standard slow-drying thinner with a mild odor and excellent performance in the printing process. Recommended for fine details and multi-color graphics.

STANDARD RETARDER 32-05 LT.1

Universal retarder for standard drying of solvent-based paints on the screen. Recommended for high detail graphics.

Recommended use: 5 – 10%

Intended for color lines: VINILSTAR, NYLONTEX, NYLONPLUS, and POLIFAST.

SLOW RETARDER 32-08 LT.1

Universal retarder for slow drying of solvent-based inks on the screen. Moderate use is recommended due to reduced ink coverage. Extremely suitable for printing fine details.

VERY SLOW RETARDER 32-18 LT.1

Universal retarder for extremely slow drying of solvent-based inks on the screen. Recommended for printing fine details.

Tip: From practice, we suggest writing on the paint packaging what (diluent or retarder) you have added.

Vinilstar colors are solvent-based inks for printing on plastic. With an exceptional gloss effect, they provide the highest quality print.

VINILSTAR CLEAR BASE HP

Vinilstar clear base is a vinyl/acrylic solvent transparent base for printing on plastic, paper, and cardboard.

The base is extremely easy to print and can be used directly from the original packaging, meaning you can print it independently as a varnish effect. To achieve gold or silver tones, you can use it as a base to which you can add gold powder or for a silver combination, silver aluminum powder (recommended ratio somewhere between 120 -150 g/kg).

We recommend it for printing on almost all plastic materials, aluminum, various metals, lacquered surfaces, and even for thermally reshaped products. For printing on final products, you can use it on calendars, notebooks, folders, bags, plastic films, and much more.

Vinilgraf gold metal – metallic gold color is a vinyl/acrylic solvent-based ink for screen printing or pad printing on a wide range of plastics, paper, and cardboard.

Vinilgraf gold color provides the best results due to its coverage, with a metallic final effect. It is a special product for high-quality printing on automatic and semi-automatic machines.

It dries exceptionally well (air-dry or low-temperature thermal fixation), allowing for excellent printing speed without the issue of screen clogging.

The ink is ready for immediate use; for special cases, it can be diluted or, for more demanding materials, hardeners can be added.

CP105 high-quality TRANSFER PAPER suitable for cold peel after transfer onto textiles with a heat press.

Usage: for screen printing with plastisol and water-based inks.

Practicality: printable on one (white) or the other side (blue).
