Suitable for cleaning all screen printing tools (squeegee holder, paint spatula, etc.). We recommend that you put the bulk of the paint into a cup after printing, clean smaller paint residues on the screen and frame with Cleaner 105.

The cleaner is fast-evaporating, non-greasy, and has a characteristic mild smell.

Additive to increase the elasticity of plastisol ink when printing on elastic materials. The ink thus retains flexibility, durability, and does not crack after washing.

We recommend using a maximum of 10 – 15%, which is added to the base plastisol ink Avantex.

Important: Mix well before use and test the printed product.

DETERSTRIP 111 RECLAIMING LIQUID CONCENTRATE 1:1 WATER LT.1

Deterstrip 111 is a concentrated cleaner for washing screens after printing, which removes paint residues and degreases or breaks down residual cleaning agents (chemicals).

The cleaner is very effective, ensuring that your screens are properly prepared for reuse.

Preparation: Mix Deterstrip 111 concentrate with water in a 1:1 ratio. Apply the prepared cleaning mixture to the screen with a sponge, leave it for a few minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

The perfect combination is ensured if Deterstrip 111 is used simultaneously with the cleaner. Stripcoat 110. If you mix both detergents together in a ratio of 1:1, you get an excellent cleaner that performs multiple tasks at the same time:

› removes emulsion,

› removes paint residues on the mesh and frame,

› degreases the screen and breaks down all chemical residues that are in paints and cleaners (they adhere to the mesh already during printing).

Why is it important that the mesh is clean and degreased?

› with a repeatedly cleaned screen, the print will still be perfect,

› the emulsion adheres thoroughly to the entire surface where it is applied (does not detach),

› the paint passes through the mesh more easily,

› there are no issues with exposure if the screen is free of spots, which can be a consequence of poorly cleaned paint.

To prevent the formation of ghosts, we recommend using the ANTIGHOST additive. To remove already formed ghosts, use the two-component cleaner GHOSTCLEANER A and B.

STRIPCOAT 110 RECLAIMING LIQUID CONCENTRATE 1:4 WATER LT.1

Stripcoat 110 is a concentrated cleaner for effectively removing emulsion.

Stripcoat 110 is used for screen washing after printing and is intended for preparing the screen for printing again. It easily removes the emulsion, but it does not remove ink and chemical residues.

Preparation: Mix the Stripcoat 110 concentrate with water in a 1:4 ratio. It can be used in soaking containers, or you can apply it on the screen with a sponge, leave it for a few minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

The perfect combination is ensured if Stripcoat 110 is used together with the cleaner Deterstrip 110If you mix both cleaners together in a 1:1 ratio, you get an excellent cleaner that simultaneously performs several tasks:

› removes emulsion,

› removes paint residues on the mesh and the frame,

› degreases the screen and breaks down all chemical residues that are in the paints and cleaners (they adhere to the mesh during printing).

Why is it important for the mesh to be clean and degreased?

Ghost remover from mesh – two-component

GHOST CLEANER A LT.1

Cleaner for removing ghosts from screens, remnants of baked emulsion, and dried paint.

The cleaner is two-component and works only in combination of both (A+B):

› component A is a detergent that glazes the screen

› component B is a paste, which crystallizes in combination with the dry component A.

The combination of both components allows you to make old screens like new and you will print and print with them without interruption.

GHOST CLEANER PASTE B KG.1

Cleaner for removing ghosts from screens, baked-on emulsion residue, and dried ink.

The cleaner is a two-component product and works only as a combination of both (A+B):

› Component A is a detergent that creates a glaze on the screen

› Component B is a paste that crystallizes when combined with dry component A.

The combination of both components allows you to make old screens like new, enabling you to print continuously with them.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Using a sponge, apply component A to the dry screen.

2. Let it act at room temperature until it dries. The drying time depends on the mesh density.

3. Apply component B to dry component A using a squeegee.

4. Dry the screen at room temperature until crystallized, about 20/30 minutes (maximum 90 minutes).

5. After crystallization, thoroughly rinse the screen with a water jet.

TIPS:

› Always dry screens coated with components A or B in a horizontal position.

› Adhere to the approximate times (depending on the mesh – finer mesh requires less time, and vice versa); it is best to follow the crystallization process.

› Apply both components in a thin layer.

› Do not coat the mesh up to the frame, but rather leave a centimeter away where the tension is less.

WARNING:

The crystallization process is very intense and aggressive, so follow the manufacturer’s instructions and advice. In the worst case, the mesh may tear.

THERMOADHESIVE MELT POWDER T73, 1kg.

MELT T73 adhesive powder is very elastic. It is intended for printing on almost all types of fabrics, especially elastic materials and Lycra.

You can primarily use it with Avantex and Avantex 112 plastisol inks. Apply MELT T73 adhesive powder to the freshly printed ink and cure the transfer in a drying tunnel at 140°C for approximately 1-2 minutes.

Basic characteristics of MELT T73 adhesive powder:

› granulation 80-200 microns,

› transfer temperature of the print is 150-160°C

› transfer time is 10-20 seconds

Warnings: Due to static electricity, powder particles can stick to the paper even where there is no ink. Clean excess adhesive particles from the paper with a brush before transferring the print.

MELTING POWDER 1500, 1kg.

The adhesive for transfers MELT 1500 is a high-quality powder adhesive with fine particles, providing excellent adhesion to various materials.

For the production of professional transfers, it is crucial to use high-performance powder adhesives, selected according to the specific purposes and technical needs of the final product. We recommend using this adhesive for the production of transfers with Avantex plastisol inks or Avantex 112 and some bases that are water or solvent-based.

Apply MELT 1500 after the final phase of printing the transfer, onto the still fresh ink, and cure it in the drying tunnel for 1-3 minutes at 140°C.

Conditions for transferring the print onto the material:

T: 160-170°C

Time: 10-20 seconds

Transfers with added MELT 1500 adhesive are resistant to washing up to 40°C and dry cleaning. Instead of sprinkling the adhesive onto the freshly printed ink, you can mix it into the ink, but do so carefully, as exceeding 10-20% can make the ink no longer creamy, becoming hard and unusable for printing.

TIP:

When the design consists of thicker and thinner parts (smaller fills and fine details), you can combine MELT 1500 powder and MELT 195 (in a ratio of 50:50). The composition of both is completely the same; they only differ in the particle size.

MELTING POWDER 195, 1kg.

The adhesive for transfers MELT 195 is a high-quality coarse particle powder adhesive (80-200 microns) with high adhesion to demanding materials (nylon, polyester, etc.).

For the production of professional transfers, it is very important to use high-performance powder adhesives, selected according to the specific purposes and technical requirements of the final product. We recommend the adhesive for making transfers with Avantex or Avantex 112 plastisol inks.

Apply MELT 195 after the final phase of printing the transfer, onto the still fresh ink, and cure it in a drying channel for 1-3 minutes at 140°C. Due to its stiffness and strength, it will not affect the shape change and will adhere excellently to the material during the transfer (160-170°C, 10-20 seconds).

TIP:

When the design consists of thicker and thinner parts (smaller flat areas and fine details), you can combine MELT 1500 and MELT 195 powder (in a ratio of 50:50). The composition of both is exactly the same, they only differ in the particle size.
