Neutrosil silicone spray is an excellent easing aid for multicolor screen printing during “wet on wet” printing.

Simply apply the silicone spray to the underside of the screen before you start printing and also during the printing process. It helps prevent ink buildup on the underside of the screen and prevents fresh ink from sticking to the screen. Thus, drying freshly printed ink before printing the next color is not necessary, or ink sticking to the screen will be reduced. It is suitable for screen printing with water-based or plastisol inks.

NEWTEX A + B HIGH REFLECTIVE SILVER, 1kg.

Special water-based two-component reflective paint for direct screen printing on dark shirts. It acts like a ‘cat’s eye’ when a light source shines on it.

Newtex water-based reflective silver two-component paint is characterized by high coverage and flexibility.

Requires drying with thermal fixation (tunnel, IR dryer), exceptionally, it can also be dried at room temperature with the mandatory addition of a catalyst for better durability.

To prepare the paint, you need to mix components A and B.

WARNINGS:

The yellow/green luminescent pigment is in powder form and works on the principle of being exposed to a light source and emitting light in the dark for a few minutes.

Grafco has formulated this inorganic pigment with a focus on complete safety, making it approved for use in the production of children’s toys.

USAGE:

Luminescent powder pigment intended for all screen printing inks – plastisol inks, water-based inks, PVC, and nylon inks. According to the mixing ratio below, it can be mixed into any transparent base or color.

Mixing ratio according to the required intensity of the effect:

Recommended SCREEN: 32 – 48 threads/cm

For printing luminescent powder on dark textiles, we recommend printing with an underlay of white color.

STORAGE:
It is recommended to mix it just before printing, as the powder particles settle to the bottom of the container after some time. This does not mean the color is unsuitable for further use; it just needs to be mixed well again. When tightly sealed in the original packaging and stored correctly, away from heat sources and acidic compounds, the product has a shelf life of 12 months.

NEWTEX CATALYST Z.107, packaged in 0.25 liters

Catalyst Z.107 improves the durability of Newtex AF water-based paints.

WHAT CATALYST Z.107 IS FOR:

– allows faster drying of water-based paints at lower temperatures

– increases the durability of prints on materials of dubious or problematic composition with normal domestic washing;

– effective in combination with several Grafco water-based products;

– does not clog the screen and allows exceptionally easy printing;

– the product does not contain formaldehydes.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Mix Catalyst Z.107 well before use. If you use this additive frequently, we recommend using mechanical mixers. On average, add 0.5% to the paint, and it starts working only when the water evaporates due to drying.

If you have properly stored the paint to which you have already added Catalyst Z.107, you can add it again after 24 hours and reuse the paint. If you print daily, we advise preparing the paint as needed. It is important to use the paint with added catalyst within 24 hours.

NEWTEX CATALYST 98

Newtex Catalyst 98 initiates the polymerization process at a lower temperature, speeds up drying, and improves the wash fastness of Newtex AF water-based paints.

Properties of Catalyst 98:

– An additive for NEWTEX AF water-based paints that you dry in a drying tunnel up to 100°C,

– Increases wash fastness (for regular home washing) even for products of uncertain composition,

– Suitable for a wide range of materials that cannot withstand higher temperatures,

– Effective in combination with multiple Grafco water-based products,

– Non-problematic product that does not clog screens,

– The product does not contain formaldehyde.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Stir Catalyst 98 well before use. If you use this additive frequently, the use of mechanical mixers is recommended. The catalyst activates at a temperature around 100°C, it does not activate at room temperature. The paint to which you have added Catalyst 98 fixes at a temperature up to 100°C for 3-4 minutes. It is recommended to use the paint with Catalyst 98 added within 8 hours, or prepare the mixture as needed. For clear water-based bases, add 2%, and for white water-based paint and other colors, add up to 3% catalyst.

NEWTEX 308 GEL retarder is an additive in gel form for NEWTEX AF and NEWTEX water-based paints, which ensures that the paint dries slower on the screen during printing and does not clog the mesh.

Printing with water-based paints with added 308 gel will be easier, as the viscosity of the paint will be ideal. The print of the paint on the textile will be perfect with the added gel in the water-based paint.

We recommend using 5 – 8%, in extreme environmental conditions (warm room) and when printing fine lines from 15-20%.

NEWTEX ACTIVE CATALYST 130 packed 0.25 liter

Newtex Catalyst 130 triggers the polymerization process in the drying channel, speeds up drying, and improves the wash resistance of Newtex AF water-based paints.

Properties of Catalyst 130:

– an additive to NEWTEX AF water-based paints that you dry in the drying channel at around 130 degrees C,

– increases wash resistance (for normal home washing) even for items of uncertain composition,

– suitable for a wide range of materials that cannot withstand higher temperatures,

– effective in combination with several Grafco water-based products,

– a non-problematic product that does not clog screens,

– the product does not contain formaldehydes.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix Catalyst 130 well before use. If you use this additive frequently, it is recommended to use mechanical mixers. The catalyst only works at high temperatures; it does not activate at room temperature. The paint to which you have added Catalyst 130 is fixed at a temperature of 130°C for 3-4 minutes. It is recommended to use up the paint to which you have added Catalyst 130 within 8 hours or prepare the mixture as needed. For transparent water-based bases, add up to 1%, and for white water-based paint and other colors, add up to 2% catalyst.
